When our elected officials, (Sen.,Congressmen, President) fail to uphold thier oath of office and fail to uphold the laws of this country, don't the people of this country have the right to remove them from office for failing to do so ?
This should not be an act of thousands of signatures but an individual should have the right to file the suit.
If this is not possible I ask you- Do we really have a Democracy ?
Could we get some legal advise on this issue ?

Stymie, I agree with you If we are at work and screw up, we don't keep getting second chances like china and our politicians. We get canned right away and they train someone else to do the job. If we are at home and one of the kids does they dishes and puts away a dirty plate we don't leave the plate in the cabinet till next meal we show them how to do it or we wash it our self.
